Elon Musk has announced a new venture into artificial intelligence called X.AI, which will focus on developing AI-driven solutions for businesses of all sizes.

🛰️ AI Transformed First Black Hole Image From Donut Into Cheerio

Scientists have captured the first-ever image of a black hole using a combination of cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence (AI).

The Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) project used eight radio telescopes around the world to create images with unprecedented resolution.

However, AI was needed to transform raw data into something that could be seen on screen.

Machine learning algorithms developed by MIT researchers enabled the EHT team to turn the unrecognizable donut shape into a bright ring surrounding a dark circle, characteristic of black holes.

The result was a stunning picture of Messier 87’s supermassive black hole located 55 million light years away from Earth.

The European Union is discussing the need for regulation of AI, prompted by the development of ChatGPT, a system that enables natural language processing and conversation between humans and machines.

ChatGPT uses deep learning algorithms to learn from conversations with humans and generate responses, potentially leading to an increase in automated decision-making without proper oversight or accountability.

The EU is considering introducing laws requiring companies to disclose how their algorithms work and setting up independent bodies to monitor the use of these technologies.

The debate highlights the importance of protecting citizens’ rights while allowing innovation to flourish within ethical boundaries.
